My business is just starting and I have nothing yet. Where do we begin?
With the logo and a basic brand identity: your website, social media and every printed piece build on them. If you order a website too, we give 10% off the logo design.
I have a website, but it’s outdated. Can it be renewed?
Yes. We look at what works and what doesn’t on your current site and make a proposal: often a modern redesign, sometimes thorough maintenance is enough. We also take on sites built by someone else.
Our company needs design work regularly. Is there a monthly option?
Yes, that’s what the monthly design package is for: a custom allowance, a fixed monthly fee and a designer who knows your brand. It costs less than ordering per project, and less than hiring someone.
I can’t see any prices. Where can I find them?
Every business has different needs, so we don’t work from a fixed price list. After a short conversation about your needs, we send you a tailored quote.
How long does a project take?
Simpler design tasks are done the same day or within the week; more complex projects take 1–2 weeks. A company website takes a few weeks.
Do you take on urgent work?
Yes. For us, speed doesn’t mean rushing: we plan our time well, so your project can start soon. And we stay perfectionists, because we only hand over work we are proud of ourselves.
