How long does it take?
It depends on the project and the number of revision rounds. We send designs as quickly as we can: our fastest job took 4–5 hours from first contact to delivered designs and invoice, with 3–4 revisions.
In what format will I receive the final files?
We deliver the logo in vector format (AI, EPS or SVG), plus PNG for social media. Online brand assets come as PNG, printed materials as print-ready files.
Do you take on urgent work?
Yes. For us, speed doesn’t mean rushing: we plan our time well, so your project can start soon. And we stay perfectionists, because we only hand over work we are proud of ourselves.
What if I don’t like the first design?
We ask for your feedback throughout and always send several designs. If something needs changing, just tell us, and we refine it until it truly fits you.
